With close to 24 years of experience, Jen Jee's credentials speak for themselves. A visionary in the field of project management, his business acumen is seen in his ability to manage businesses, co-create opportunities and drive returns to stakeholders. In the various leadership roles he has held, he has created new revenue streams and consistently exceeded business expectations.

Jen Jee started his career in engineering development and has traversed various organisations having worked from start-ups to large multi-nationals as well as government agencies. His experiences span hotel-leisure, industrial, education, research, IT/data centers, commercial fit-out sectors. He has also helmed Project Management businesses at country and regional levels with international consultancy firms.
His landmark projects include the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Jabil manufacturing plant, research/laboratories fit-out for Symrise, Dupont, Google Data Centers and the ASTAR (the Singapore government research arm) and the Singapore Institute of Management.

Kok Seng is a detailed Project Director who is able to undertake complex and challenging assignments, support the other functions in the company to meet the annual targets, taking charge of the project delivery team and ensure they are meeting budget, timeline and high level of quality delivery. He possesses good knowledge of the construction industry with 18 years of experiences and excel in commercial corporate fit out works.
Kok Seng has strong planning and management skills to ensure smooth delivery of all projects and mitigate most risks that are identified early in the projects. He is able to work independently when needed but also capable to lead a team and delegate appropriately for optimum team performance. Involved in multiple types of projects from overseeing the development of training campus, hotel refurbishment, new fit out works in Pre or Post TOP situations, additions and alteration works in live working environment etc, he has maintained good working relationship with industry partners in contractors and consultants firms.
